Several participating teams in the VCF Academy World Cup have arrived at the Ciudad Deportiva, ahead of an event that will be held this coming weekend. The first edition of the international tournament will bring together 10 Under-12 sides from VCF Soccer Academies and clubs with which the VCF Academy has alliances, based in America, Asia, Europe and Africa.
The first to arrive in Valencia were representatives of the VCF Soccer Academy from Montreal, Canada; the VCF Soccer Academies from Houston and Seattle, USA, and the two teams from the VCF Soccer Academy in Busan, South Korea.
The players and coaching staffs of all 5 teams have had the opportunity to greet and have photos taken alongside the first-team player Hugo Guillamón who has wanted to give a very special welcome to all the players and relatives who were surprised by the Valencia CF international.
In addition to participating in the VCF Academy World Cup, the players from these 5 teams will enjoy a complete training programme this week at the Ciudad Deportiva facilities, as well as a football and cultural experience in Valencia, taking in Mestalla and different locations in the city.
